Privacy Policy

The Seller is obligated to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online shop users. The Seller will use the collected personal information solely to provide the services it offers. The Seller respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online shop users and will therefore take the necessary steps to protect it from any breaches and misuse. User personal data is one area to which the Seller pays exceptional care and attention, recognizing the sensitive nature of this area.

Use of personal data

In order to provide the services it offers, the Seller collects, manages, processes and stores the following personal information:

- first and last name

- delivery address

- name of the company or legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- email address (username)

- telephone number

- country of residence

- other information that the user voluntarily enters in the web store's forms

- other information that the user later voluntarily adds to his profile.

The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information entered by the user.

Cookies and IP addresses

At the beginning of each visit to the online store, the Seller assigns each user a cookie for identification purposes, to verify the shopping cart and ensure traceability. Cookies are stored in the server's memory only for the duration of the visit to the online store and are deleted after one hour of inactivity. The Seller may also store some persistent cookies on the user's computer or device, such as the encrypted user identification number to identify the user on subsequent visits to the online store or product reviews, which allow the user to know which items they have already reviewed, and indirectly, third-party cookies from Google Analytics used to analyze website visits. The Seller may use this data in an anonymous, aggregated form for statistical analysis purposes. For online security purposes, the Seller also collects the IP addresses from which users access the online store.

Confidentiality Statement for Personal Data and User Privacy

In accordance with personal data protection regulations, the Seller is obligated to protect the personal data of users of its online store. The Seller will not, under any circumstances, provide personal or other user information to a third party, nor will it allow a third party to access personal or other user information without the user's express consent, unless requested by national authorities, if such an obligation is required by law, or if it is believed in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other public authorities and for the protection and exercise of the Seller's legitimate interests.

All personal and other information provided by the user when registering in the online store, as well as when ordering and purchasing products, including the content of orders, will be protected in accordance with personal data protection regulations. The Seller will only contact the Buyer via remote communication if the Buyer expressly does not object. Promotional emails will contain information clearly and unambiguously labeled as promotional messages, the sender will be clearly stated, promotions, special discounts, and other marketing techniques will be clearly marked as such, with clearly defined terms and conditions for participation. It will be clearly indicated how to unsubscribe from receiving promotional messages. The Seller will explicitly respect the Buyer's wish not to receive promotional messages. The Seller may use data in an anonymous, summarized form for statistical analysis purposes. The confidentiality of personal and other user information will not be violated in any way.

The Seller will retain the personal information of users in the collection of personal data only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal information is collected and managed.

For the Delivery Service, the Seller will only provide the information necessary for the delivery of products purchased in the online store (information about the recipient and the delivery address). The Seller will contact the user by email if necessary to complete the purchase in the online store, and by phone only if there is a problem during the registration process or when making a purchase in the online store.

Implementation of the privacy policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Seller shall protect personal data in accordance with the Regulations for the Protection of Personal Data.

All permanent or part-time employees of the Seller who have access to personal and other user information are familiar with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Rules and the obligation to protect personal and other data, and are obligated to comply with these provisions regarding the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online store users. The obligation to protect personal and other data remains in effect even after the relationship with the Seller has ended.

Registered users may stop using the online store and revoke their registration at any time. To do so, they must notify the Seller of the cancellation of their registration in writing. Before submitting a declaration of cancellation of their registration, the User must settle all outstanding obligations arising from purchases made in the online store. The Seller will also protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online store users under this Privacy Policy in the event of cancellation of their registration.
